Gongfu Cha is a rare and beautiful Chinese Tea Ceremony. Shared by aristocrats and poets since the Ming Dynasty, the Tea Ceremony places the emphasis on the tea: what it tastes like, smells like, the feel and sensations it creates in the mouth.
Charles shares teas at his classes that come from private estate farms in the famous mountain regions of Taiwan. The teas are brewed in authentic Yixing clay pots and presented with the aroma cup and tasting cup.
