Saturday Tai Chi and Meditation Class. First, 20 minutes of meditation, then a reading from the Tai Chi Classics “13 Postures Song”, then Tai Chi form followed by a roasted Tiequanyin Tea and Barb’s oatmeal blueberry cookies. The highlight: Tai Chi Student Vincent Rabatin presented me with a mounted copy of the 13 Postures Song in Chinese characters.
Students from Pear Garden School Saturday class, the Tai Chi Y classes and my Schwenksville Tai Chi Class made this my largest Saturday class to date.
